We have recently purchased a former school building in Brady Lake. Currently, we are in the beginning phases of renovation. Our plans include spacious loft style condos, unique commercial space for lease, and our new office location. Residential Projects

The residential construction segment of our business covers a broad spectrum of construction services including most exterior and interior home improvements and awarding winning home remodeling. We bring a depth of experience to our residential work that many of our competitors can not match. We often apply commercial building techniques to bring more solutions and design ideas to the table providing our clients with options they otherwise would not have. Above left: Exterior Makeover. Award Winner - Whole House Remodeling - Akron

Project includes new windows, siding, new gourmet kitchen, new three car garage with living quarters above. First phase of work was glamour bath and custom built-in in the master bedroom suite. Winner of the 2002 Chrysalis Awards – Best Bath Remodel. – Repeat Client.

The project features a full wet bar at one end with a custom entertainment center to match, wainscot paneling , custom lighting and shelving, a full bath and a child's play room area. Winner of the 2002 Chrysalis Awards – Best Finished Basement.

Commercial/Industrial Projects

We have the knowledge base, background and skills at Builders Diversified Inc to manage any commercial or industrial project up to $5 million. We can provide a firm estimate based off of blue prints you provide to us. Alternatively, we can deliver your project using the Design Build Method working with you to arrive at conceptual designs and budgetary pricing and then directing the completion of working drawings, gaining municipal approvals and seeing that your building gets completed to your satisfaction.

West River Medical – Kent Ohio – 2003 Immy Award Winner.

Spearheaded the development and renovation of 13,000 SF - 80 year old blighted brick structure into medical office building.

The project was delivered through the Design Build Method and was completed on time and on budget. Received Immy Award for improvement in 2003 from the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce. References Available – Repeat Client

Solon, Ohio August 2005

Converted 100,000 sq. ft warehouse to Bio-medical warehousing, distribution and manufacturing operation. The project required all new electrical distribution, new lighting and the addition of Air Conditioning units to many areas of the facility. All in all, we constructed over 10 different and unique production and work areas all with specific requirements for each different department. Pictured: Quality Control area.

We can manage your project from concept through to completion using the Design Build Project Delivery Method where we will work side by side with you and our select group of design professionals to make your commercial or residential project a reality. With the Design Build Delivery Method we can save you time and money.

Green Building

We are emerging as a green builder. Green building consists of using echo-friendly construction methods and materials, recycling or reusing as many resources as possible, emphasizing sustainable living, and focusing on efficiency. Our goal with this transition is to give our customers a healthy and efficient living and/or working space, lower their operating costs, support regional businesses, and to preserve our natural resources.

General Contracting Services

We will gladly bid your project off of plans and specifications that you provide seeing to it that you get a comprehensive, competent and competitive price. Depending on the project we can self perform much of the foundation, carpentry, and trim work giving us and you more control over the delivery of the project. In our bidding process we seek to clearly state inclusions, exclusions and try to identify any potential problems that would have a negative impact on our client. We are about providing you with the best service possible.

Construction Management Services

With this project delivery method we provide clients with the expertise to manage their project while still leaving them with the optimal level of control over project cost, quality and timing.
