The Lofts on Lake will prove to be one of Portage County’s most unique mixed use projects to date. It will feature residential condominiums, commercial lease space, walking trails, adjoining access to the Portage County Bike/Hike Trail, and more. All this, while in a peaceful, but central location to the surrounding areas. The site is located on the corner of Lake St. and Lake Rockwell Rd., just 2.2 miles northeast of downtown Kent, and 2 miles from the Kent State Campus.

The site will offer 5 unique condos with flexible floor plans. Units will range from 1500 to 2300 square feet with up to eleven foot ceilings!
