The site will offer 5
unique condos with flexible floor plans. Units will range from 1500
to 2300 square feet with up to eleven foot ceilings! They can
accommodate 2-3 bedrooms per unit and two or more baths. Each unit
will have its own private outdoor space, whether a terrace, patio,
or deck. Also, with our flexible floor plans, you can create your
own space or choose from some of our intriguing layouts!
Right down the road (or
just ¾ mile down the Bike/Hike Trail), is Portage County’s premier
park, Towners Woods.
Towners features hiking trails, picnic areas, Bike/Hike trail access, Cross Country ski trails in the winter, tranquil lakes, and historic Indian sites. It is an excellent place to get away from it all.
