Major Remodel 2004. Completed Summer 2004 in Akron.

Award Winner - Whole House Remodeling - Akron
In the process of completing a whole house make over including new windows, siding, new gourmet kitchen, new three car garage with living quarters above.  This is a large multi phase project with high end finishes and, quite frankly, the quality of the work and finishes are what you would find in a magazine on fine home decorating. First phase of work was glamour bath and custom built-in in the master bedroom suite. (above)  Winner of the 2002 Chryslis Awards – Best Bath Remodel.  – Repeat Client. Decks & Railing Design & Installation - Ravenna

Replaced all interior doors with solid oak, installed a custom deck around an oval pool, installed urethane railing systems at porches, and installed a bay window.

Master Bath Fairlawn Ohio - Renovated a bathroom, small sewing room and small closet into glamour bath with walk-in closet off of master suite.   Work included glass block shower enclosure and garden tub, tile walls and floors,  custom shelving, new plumbing heat and wiring.  This project, delivered using the Design Build Method, also included the renovation of a basement area bathroom working in tight quarters requiring the re-use of the client’s wormy chestnut paneling.  References Available - Repeat Client

Award Winner - Basement Remodeling - Fairlawn Ohio 
This project involved the construction of different areas within the existing basement and required that old finishes be removed and special attention to layout and detailing. The project features a full wet bar at one end with a custom entertainment center to match, wainscot paneling , custom lighting and shelving, a full bath and a child's play room area.  Winner of the 2002 Chrysalis Awards – Best Finished Basement.  See Basements for some before and after photos.

Basement - Hudson Ohio - Designed and finished areas of basement into entertainment areas. We added full bath, emergency escape window, and hobby room/office customized with cabinets, countertops and storage to meet the clients needs.  References Available – Repeat Client
